Certainly looks close to Campsomeris tasmaniensis - but having said that there seem to be several related species in the Australian National Insect Collection. No one has worked up the taxonomy of these in recent years - so there are no keys and it is just a bit of a guess really as to the exact species name at this point. Mark it as Hymenoptera Scoliidae at the very least - add Campsomeris if you wish.
