Good catch, Sarah! Looks like a Dragonhunter dragonfly (Hagenius brevistylus). Take a look at the following reference and let me know whether you agree. http://bugguide.net/node/view/17837 BTW, I think you should mention that the dragonfly is shown eating a damselfly in Photo 1.
