Description:

There is a small, sandy hillside near a stream in the greenbelt near my house, with at least a dozen active Cicada Killer burrows clustered near each other in the hillside. The surrounding area has hundreds of holes where cicades have emerged from the ground.

Habitat:

Sandy hillside in open woods of greenbelt.
