A Red Admiral butterfly spotted along the boardwalk that goes through the central wetland area at Huntley Meadows Park. This individual is feeding on some type of animal scat. According to park manager Kevin Munroe, Red Admiral butterflies prefer to feed on minerals rather than nectar.
