Yellow Butterfly.
I will suggest that it is a Fiery Skipper but am ready to be corrected by someone who knows better.
Fred, I think what you have there is a butterfly from the Hesperiinae sub-family (aka Grass Skippers). As to what the exact species may be, I am not sure. There are many species in that sub-family that look similar and variations in color occur within each species. I'll continue to work on it but someone more knowledgeable than I may be better prepared to suggest an ID.
