Green Ibis/Coro-Coro

Mesembrinibis cayennensis

Description:

This specie ("Mesembrinibis cayennensis") was the last bird specie to be cataloged on the region of "Monte Belo". For years, no one has found this species on region, and, now it's considerate a native bird. (I don't discovered the new specie in the region, but a group of research named "Instituto Sul Mineiro de Estudo e Conservação da Natureza")

Habitat:

I found this specimen in a pasture with some swamp locals on a region of the Atlantic Forest.
