Thanks triggsturner, they often pose nicely along this strip of land at the coastal edge of the marshes and are quite approachable, but this year they disappeared after this picture was taken in May only to reappear this month with many other species, likely due to the large amount of rain we have had this year. Lots of Terns still breeding in what is usually arid semi desert at this time of year.
