Not your fault, it happens, they do have sumacs there, just do not know which ones.

I think you are correct J, when I looked at the spotting first time it was centered in Eastern Europe. lol

I think this is the Staghorn Sumac, Rhus typhina.

Sorry not familiar with species of that region, and you could very well have different common name.
