Description:

Cap plano-convex, cream-colored to very light brown, glabrous, margin smooth with several small notches, diameter ~ 24 mm. Gills cream-colored, close, attached, adnate. Stipe cream colored with a slight brown mottling, slightly tapering, diameter ~ 7 mm at base, ~ 5 mm at top with annulus, pendant.

Habitat:

Suburban neighborhood on insular tropical upland plateau.

Notes:

Spotted growing in eucalyptus litter ~ 30 m from a eucalyptus tree.
