That's a tough one for me to id. I might also consider Gymnopilus! If you care to do so, try to take a gill cross section and view it under a microscope for spores, cheilocystidia and possibly pleurocystidia.

Part of me wants to suggest Pholiota and part of me is struggling not to mention Galerina. A spore print would be helpful (knowing the color) and a pic of the underside.
