This is defiantly a Autumn, 1st Cardinal is a western species and 2nd Autumn is the latest flying meadowhawk in North America.

Check Autumn I think it is, it used to be Yellow-legged. I don't know the northern bugs well but I think those yellow legs may be distinctive.
