Family: Araneidae (orb weavers) Genus: Araneus. Abdomen size 12-13 mm. Color: Variable including red speckled, yellow, white, white speckled, brown speckled. This example is mostly white with brown and purple/pink speckled with black and white striped legs. Orange near tip of legs. White circles on abdomen. 4 main circles have black dots.
