Hygrocybe pratensis

Hygrocybe pratensis

Description:

Soft tan capped mushrooms with irregular margin and sometimes merged. 60mm tall and up to 180mm wide. Gills decurrent, tan; stipe white, fibrous.

Habitat:

Short dense grass under roadside eucalyptus.

Notes:

The second shot is not in good condition because my dog stomped it. She always does that if I get my camera out.
