Description:

Up to 50 cm. in height. Finely toothed long and very narrow leaves on most of the plant, more oval-shaped toward the tips of the stems. At the ends of the branches are inflorescences of tiny flowers. The fruit is a small spherical capsule. It segregates a very white and irritant latex. The white latex has been used to curdle milk and in the treatment of warts, eczema or herpes

Habitat:

Path and loosely cultivated field edges. Spotted in dry countryside.
