Description:

Phoot take at the marina gardens this small bird get my attention is no very common to see it actually is rare, about 12 cm tall orange chest grey color on top the wings and head white neck. Dull brownish or greyish upperparts, dark streaked whitish underparts

Habitat:

It is widespread and generally common in most of central and northern South America, Central America, Mexico and southwestern United States.

Ok, I see. The wing bars are also white on the flycatcher.

Say's Phoebe would show a plainer face and a larger bill. Also, the Yucutan Peninsula is out of range.

This looks like a Say's Phoebe to me. The orange belly and gray back are good field marks for this bird.
