Description:

Crustaceous lichen, white-grey colored, extending as a thick, cracked, smooth to slightly lustrous crust, with areoles of 0.5-1.5 mm. Apotecia are common with one or even more in each areole, inside the thallus and comunicating with the exterior through small pores.

Habitat:

Spotted at the mountains above 1300 m. high on a granite rock wall. Parque Regional de Sierra de Gredos
