Coprinopsis sp.
Something like Coprinopsis lagopus (Haresfoot inkcap). There are at least a couple of similar species; C. lagopides (grows 'on charred wood' so probably not this one), C. radiata ('grows on dung of herbivores especially horses', so I guess probably isn't this one either! Hmmm, maybe it's C. lagopus after all which grows on wood chips)
