Description:

Photo take on my backyard this butterfly was adding something to an egg on a spinach tree plant leave no very common to see is a big one about 8 cm wingspan only see the underwings and has a great pattern in brown colors. two round marks on the patern and a light yellow line on the upper wing, eyes are striped yellow and black.

Habitat:

Found on subtropical areas from Florida, south México, Central America to Costa Rica.
