Description:

Notes:

The leaves contain a rich essential oil in caryophyllene , nerolidiol , 3 - bisabolene , aromandreno and para- selinene . It is considered the antispasmodic principle quercetin in leaves of Psidium guajava and probably antidiarrheal .
