Limoniidae, Limnophilinae, Hexatoma (Eriocera) lunigera.
Albert, you will be famous!! Piotr Oosterbroek has confirmed the ID of Hexatoma sp. and could even get down to species level!! Your wildlife picture is the only one that exist at the moment. Piotr only has a historic drawing. So, he would like to have your picture for his reference website:
http://nlbif.eti.uva.nl/ccw/results.php
He would need the exact location, your full name and the date of picture. Please, send me a mail and I will send you the mail address of Piotr. Then you can send him the picture directly. I do not like posting his address here.
I am really happy for you that we have now an ID of a rare animal! Once more, Project Noah has its merit in scientific work around the globe!
Thanks again, Piotr for your assistance which is much appreciated!

I would not yet put the genus in the scientific field, unless it is confirmed.

I try to get a little bit closer...

This looks like being a Tipuloidea, might be Limoniidae. Hexatoma is a common genus, but I am not experienced enough in Diptera and Tipuloidea to get closer than the family maybe the subfamily of Limnophilinae?
