Scrophularia marilandica

Description:

Small, erect plant with a purplish to green stem. Branches with flowers grow along the stem. Flowers are pinkish, brownish-orange and yellow-green. For some reason I didn't take photos of the leaves but they are usually ovate and serrated. (see links for leaf images)

Habitat:

Partially shaded area next to a paved walking path. Shenandoah National Park, Virginia.
