It's regularily a cultivated plant here, but can easily be invasive - I spotted it growing wildly

Yuriana - actually the Oxalis tetraphylla's origin is Mexico :)

as Oxalis acetosella is Ireland's national symbol...

we have this species in xerophytic shrubland and temperate forests here in Mexico as well
