Wolf spider? Large mandibles. Brown and wooly. Fast. Large.

Habitat:

Deep utility sink. Saw a few of them in the summer... Always in the bathroom sink in the barn.

I think it's a hobo spider. We get these a lot in Colorado. They are fast and are often seen in damp basements.
