Male Mallard Duck with an unusual head that is both: the usual glossy greenish head and a glossy pretty blue on top (which is unusual). I have seen this blue head before on a Mallard. Maybe it is more common than I am aware of. Tail tuns upward- black and white. White ring neck. ruddy breast.
