Description:

Branching herbaceous plant about 25 cm high with bristly foliage and blue-purple flowers on the ends of the stalks

Habitat:

Olive grove on mountainside at perhaps 300m elevation.

Notes:

In Australia we know this plant as Patterson's Curse because of its weediness.
