Papilio macilentus
A large Swallowtail with a very long tail, that kept it's wings fluttering while feeding. Papilio macilentus, the Long Tail Spangle, is a species of butterfly belonging to the family Papilionidae. The wingspan of Papilio macilentus reaches about 9–12 millimetres (0.35–0.47 in). Wings are black, with red spots, wavy edges and long tails on its hind wings. At the outer edge of the hind wings there is row of small red spots, while at the inner edge there is a red eye. This species has the longest tail in the family Papilionidae.
Seen in Kijimadaira Yamabikonooka Park at 700m in the mountains behind Nakano, Japan. This species can be found in Japan, China, Russia and Korea. It lives in the valleys or the margins of the forest.

thanks HarumKoh, it does look like Papilo macilentus. And I saw it high up in the mountains near a ski resort area.
I got the hint that it might be some sort of Spangle while looking through your spottings... thank you.

I almost say "yes, this is Spangle" but this butterfly has very long tail.
my book says Papilio protenor is common in city and mountain but Papilio macilentus is rare in city it's in mountains.
Wonder if this might be a Spangle, Papilio protenor?
