I would like to invite you to post your spottings of hummingbirds in the new mission for Hummingbirds of the New World:
http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/1244...
:-)

It took me days to ID this beautiful Hummingbird. I am 99%, but if anyone has a better or another ID I will search it.
Any comment will be appreciated, Liam?

Liam thank you for the ID.
I have search for a long time, White-bellied Mountain-gem (female) is one that I placed in a list to check along with 4 other species, because I have not been able to really say......that is it, that is the one!!! : (

Thank you Phil S

Genus Lampornis, I believe L. hemileucus. Other female Mountain-gems have a more ruddy coloration below.

The closest to an ID for this cutie is Ruby-Throated, juvenile? Would anyone here at PN would know?

Thank you, ceherzog.
