Tyrannus melancholics
The Tropical Kingbird (Tyrannus melancholicus) is a large tyrant flycatcher. An adult Tropical Kingbird is 22 cm long and weighs 39 g.
It breeds in open woodland with some tall trees, including cultivation and around human habitation. Tropical rainforest, 500 ft. Last photo shows the habitat. I saw it on the trees at the back of the pond.
