It's either a purple-stemmed cliffbrake (Pellaea atropurpurea) or a smooth cliffbrake (Pellaea glabella). It's hard to tell from the picture, but if the stem was hairy, it is a purple-stem cliffbrake and if the stem is smooth / hairless, it is a smooth cliffbrake.
