Unidentified gilled fungus.
This fairly robust solitary mushroom was growing out of a grassy lawn in a large semi-urban yard & garden, next to a disturbed patch of remnant lowland tropical forest.

Thanks gully.moy. I'll look into it. The spotting is in New Guinea and there was only the one mushroom.
A Lepiotoid of some description, Chlorophyllum looks likely.
