Macrolepiota mastoidea
The cap is first conical, changing later to bell shape and finally opening but always maintaining a pointed center. It can reach 12 cm in diameter. It is ochre coloured with scales that open leaving a cream background but keeping the central part in the original colour. The gills are free and closely spaced, white coloured getting darker with age. The stipe is long, cylindrical, plae brown. It has a single sweeping ring pf white colour, that can be brown in the external part. The flesh is thick, whhitish, tender in the cap and fibrous in the stipe. Fungus like smell and sweet taste.
