Bronze Jumping Spider

Helpis minitabunda (f)

Description:

up to 1cm. Light coloured with recognisable abdominal shape. The male has a different configuration of front legs as well as a dark frontal area and larger jaws. These can be mistaken for two different species

Habitat:

These were common in my well-established and little disturbed garden. They were to be found sunning themselves and hunting where ever there was a platform to allow them good views and flat plains.
