No, not at all, these type of wild hybridisations are not only a useful education tool but if it successfully produces breeding birds it becomes another step in the evolution process at some point in the future.
Oh then maybe i should take it out?
Hybrid Red-crested Pochard and Tufted Duck is a close possibility. It can depend which is male and which is female and also it could be second or subsequent generation hybrid. Sometimes the only way to be sure is by DNA analysis or similar.
