I also agree, baby dove or baby pigeon. Take it to your nearest wildlife center or keep it warm and feed it every four hours an equally mixed amount of baby cereal and warm water until its crop (like his belly) gets round and plump. I can offer you some more information if you'd like. I raised a baby dove to adulthood, so therefore I have experience. Glad to help (:
