Description:

Large birds. The males plumage is brown and white and black.Long black slender necks with a white band under head and up the sides of the face. The underside of both sexes is white. Females are mostly tones of browns.

Habitat:

Hot climate. Grassy fields and meadows.Near water, rivers, lakes etc..

Notes:

Large flock.Grazing late afternoon in an open field.
