I frequently visit Marjals del Moro (Moro Marsh) which is just south of Sagunto port, a few miles north of Valencia city that is the one I refer to, including the Flamingoes. In my opinion it is one of the better ones as it has lots of tracks and several hides and viewing platforms. We often walk 10-12 kms without covering the whole area and with all the stops it can take 5-6 hours or more! I have photographed around 130 bird species there so far, with a highest day count of over 70.
Thats good that the weather is improving again for you! great news about all the spottings I shall keep my eye out for them! which marshes were you at? are you also referring to the flamingoes in Calpe?
That decision is entirely yours, they should all be grouped together in batches. Weather is certainly improving, I spent yesterday in the marshes in brilliant sunshine, saw around 50 species of bird and photographed 45, only missed photographing the Martins, Red-rumped Swallow and some small birds hidden in the reeds. By the way, all the Flamingoes have left!
Brilliant, thanks Malcolm! would it help if I found them for you and commented on them to save you having to search through all 5000 of your spottings? I hope the weather with you has improved now?

Hi Malcolm, Please could you add any of your birds spotted in Britain to this mission for me?
