Coralberry

Symphoricarpos orbiculatus

Description:

Coralberry (AKA: Buckbrush or Indian Currant) spotted in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, OK. Unfortunately it is winter, so no leaves on the plant, only these very small (5-6mm) pink berries which stood out against the brown leaves on the ground and caught my attention.
