Myiopsitta monachus
native to temperate zones of South America, it is now a well established introduced species in many urban and suburbs throughout N. America and Europe.
A.K.A. Quakers, they build large communal nests (pics 3 & 4). In my neighborhood the nest can be seen on high power line towers such as the ones in these pictures.
