From the 3rd picture I agree with a wren, but I am still learning to ID which type. I did look at Cornell Lab of Ornithlogy All About Birds (online) and I believe Liam has it right. Bewick's Wren

looks like a wren species because of the spotted tail and white slashes over the eye.
