Parasitic Wasp

Description:

I think the antennae are pectinate or plumose, but I'm too good at differentiating the different types of antennae. The wasp itself was very small, probably less than a centimeter. Nearby were a couple psyllids and their galls. Family Eulophidae, subfamily Tetrastichinae

Habitat:

Seen on a willow tree near some streams
