Indian Robin (Male and Female)

Saxicoloides fulicatus

Description:

In Northern India it belongs to race cambaiensis . Also the male is with dark brown upper plumage with sandy brown wings. It has upper tail coverts with under color chestnut. The female is light colored then male . Both occurs in pair.

Habitat:

Found in semi urban area near bushes outside at Patiala (India)

Notes:

First two pics are of female and the last two are of male. (in other regions of India the male has glossy black plumage )
