found this small frog in our garden early in the morning. ID anyone?

the eye does seem cloudy or it could have been the flash. i have no idea about the red grains though. i saw them only after observing the photo
It looks like its blind unless the eye is supposed to be cloudy colored? Are those red mites near its rear or sand grains?
