Northern Mockingbird

Mimus polyglottos

Description:

On a rare icy day here in Georgia, this cold mockingbird obviously wasn't having any luck with the insects, so he tried seeds for his meal. The weather is often warm here in winter, with temps averaging around 63F (17C), so it's not often we get ice or snow.

Habitat:

Urban
