I am not sure if it is a Tremella fuciformis or a Tremella reticulata, but definitely it is a Snow Fungus.

I'm looking to see if there are any mimics to it right now. I'm highly interested to know if it is or not due to the snow fungi's anti-inflammatory medicinal uses :O

Very cool spotting AutumnDawn. I haven't seen snow fungus before but it looks like that to me.
