This plant was around 15 cm long.
Seen in the tropical rainforest.
This is possibly a native Hawaiian fern, Nephrolepis cordifolia. http://nativeplants.hawaii.edu/plant/vie...

Hmmm, alright, Craig (Nick tried!). Thanks for your help yet again with the ID. I'll change it now to reflect Nephrolepis sp.
I think this is a Nephrolepis species. Certainly not Asplenium trichomanes
