you're welcome, i didn't think it would help much, but worth a shot :) man, skippers are tricky to ID, i get peck's, least, and silver-spotted here in PA. Other than that i'm toast! :D
Thank you, venusflytrap2000. The problem is, these skippers are very tricky to ID, and south american species are different from their north american counterparts. Even experts don't dare to try to ID them based on photos only... and I am surely far from being an expert! :-)
hey sergio another great spotting. I've found a site that does not identify the species, but i think whatever's in the 2nd and/or 3rd photo might be your guy@
