Acerra Owlet Moth

Acerra Normalis

Description:

Roughly 30-35mm in size. Lighter brown/tan body with dark brown spots/markings, High ridges along back. "Wrinkled" like wings in appearance.

Habitat:

Forest, Meadows, Foothills.

Notes:

Found on the outside of my house. I see these type of moths from time to time.

That was a good link, I think it is in the Acerra genus but it lacks the back spots at the ends of the wings , and the "eye" like pattern is more solid on this moth and on the normalis it blends together more.

May be a unidentified acerra genus? but I feel I can give it an ID now.
I appreciate the help.
