In this case I have suggested you have the Splendid Fairy-wren, Malurus splendens (female), which is also found in Western Australia. Malurus cyaneus is only found in southeastern Australia.

It was spotted at Caversham, north of Perth

Yeah, very lucky to find this little fellow, but quite difficult to capture a good shot of them. They are like little energizer bunnies :p
