Physocyclus globosus
These Pholcidae spiders are common in building and are responsible for the cobwebs under the ceilings. This spider is the largest individual that dwell in my house but there are larger ones found in shops. This spider that I have spotted is a male, it's swollen pedipalps are the proof. Central body length about 6mm.
In buildings, usually high up the ceiling and the side of the walls. Found this one hiding in my box of paints.
>>>Map accuracy : 250m diameter. Most of them are smaller in size.
