Large female orb weaver with an abdomen the size of a U.S. nickel that was a pale green with lichen-like pattern.
Found along an ecotone between a mixed mesic forest and a cleared gravel parking lot across form a river.
This beauty sat perfectly still trying to blend in with her background.
